Clue Software, a Bristol-based provider of software for investigations and intelligence management, has recently raised £4M in funding. The funding round, led by Frog Capital, included angel and employee investment with support from ScaleUp Group. This injection of funds will be used to expand the company's commercial and community capacity, along with funding research and development and product development.
Founded by Clare Elford, the CEO, and Thomas Drohan, the CCO, Clue specializes in providing a software platform for investigations professionals.
Their platform allows for enhanced end-to-end operations, proactive threat detection and prevention, as well as operational pace and confident decision-making. This software is utilized by an extensive investigations community consisting of government agencies, corporations, law enforcement, not-for-profit organizations, and sports organizations, all dedicated to preventing harm and bringing justice to victims.
Clare Elford commented on the recent funding, stating, "This funding is the latest step in our journey of supporting investigations and intelligence teams across the globe. Our mission to protect society from harm goes beyond developing intelligence and investigation software. We are building a networked community of investigation professionals across sectors worldwide to explore common challenges and share best practices."
