On 1 February 2024, Elite Dynamics, a leading provider of software solutions to the holiday park and marina industry, announced a £5 million investment from BGF, one of the largest growth capital investors in the UK and Ireland. This investment will support the continued development of Elite Dynamics' proprietary software, which is built on the Microsoft Dynamics platform, as well as plans to invest in sales and marketing. Founded in 2015 by Jamaine Campbell, Nicola Campbell, and Jack Vernon, the North West-based business has developed digital transformation solutions for holiday parks, marinas, and holiday home manufacturers and dealers.
The range of solutions offered by Elite Dynamics helps to improve various business functions, including maintenance, memberships, marketing, reservations, sales, and finance.
Currently, the software is used in over 350 parks, both domestically and internationally. The company has experienced strong revenue growth, with plans to triple in size and double its headcount by 2026. Jamaine Campbell, CEO and co-founder, expressed the company's goal to become the dominant provider of technology solutions to the industry, expanding both domestically and globally.
BGF's investment in Elite Dynamics was led by Harry Jones and Courtney Walker. As part of the investment, Martin Moran, a founder of Salesforce.com in EMEA with over 20 years of experience in SaaS and cloud computing, has been appointed as a non-executive chair to the board. BGF has invested over £400 million in more than 70 technology companies and has significant experience in the holiday parks sector. With this investment, Elite Dynamics is poised to continue its growth journey and transform the industry with its innovative software solutions.
