Partful, a Manchester, UK-based aftermarket technology company, has recently raised £2.4M in funding. This round of funding, led by Par Equity and with participation from US-based Blumberg Capital, brings the total amount raised by the company to £6.2M. The funds will primarily be used to expand Partful's customer base in both the European and U.S. markets.
Under the leadership of CEO Sam Burgess, Partful has developed a digital 3D interactive parts catalogue and work instructions support tool.
The platform enables users to easily identify product parts using a 3D explosion view and then place direct orders with the manufacturer. Additionally, the work instructions module provides a step-by-step guide for product repairers, as well as on-the-job training for maintenance engineers. Partful's innovative solution has been instrumental in assisting major global OEMs like Lotus Cars, Norton Motorcycles, IDEX Corporation, and BAE Systems by creating user-friendly after-sales experiences that minimize order errors, protect manufacturer revenues, and reduce product downtime. The platform achieves this by facilitating faster part fulfillment and repair processes.
With this latest funding, Partful aims to further establish its presence in the European and U.S. markets. By expanding its customer base, the company can continue to make a meaningful impact on the aftermarket technology industry, revolutionizing the way companies manage and fulfill part orders. Through their digital 3D interactive parts catalogue and work instructions support tool, Partful is paving the way for improved efficiency, reduced errors, and enhanced customer experiences within the realm of aftermarket technology.
