The round was led by Clean Growth Fund, Eurazeo’s Smart City fund, and Aviva Ventures, with existing investor Copley Point Capital also participating in the funding. With this new injection of capital, Rendesco plans to expand its operations and further develop its solutions in the UK and European energy markets.
Under the leadership of CEO and Founder Alastair Murray, Rendesco focuses on designing, installing, and operating low-carbon solutions that utilize ground source technology to provide sustainable heat and hot water to homes and buildings.
Their comprehensive network development package offers top-notch design capabilities and installation quality. Currently, Rendesco manages networks across the UK that supply heating and hot water to more than 8,000 homes, resulting in over 14GWh of sustainable heating and valuable operating data on ground source heat technology.
