Symbe, an AI-powered platform that helps sales teams win more deals by automating the creation of tailored business cases, has secured a £1.2m pre-seed funding round. The investment was led by Concept Ventures and included participation from Pact VC, Notion Capital, and Nodes Ventures. The platform is designed to transform the sales process by streamlining the creation of business cases, allowing companies to effectively showcase their value and close more deals. Symbe was founded by a team of experienced entrepreneurs who have a track record of success in building and scaling tech companies.
The team behind Symbe includes serial entrepreneurs Martin Blinder, Thomas Laurbjerg, and Xavier Wilder.
Blinder and Laurbjerg previously co-founded Tictrac, a digital healthcare company that was successfully exited in 2022. Wilder, with expertise in machine learning, founded SME budgeting platform Beyond Labs before its acquisition in 2023. Recognizing the critical role that tailored business cases play in converting customers, the founders developed Symbe to enable companies to create impactful business cases efficiently, without the usual time and energy drain.
The AI-powered platform automates the development of compelling business cases, allowing sales teams to build customized showcases that clearly demonstrate the value of their offerings. With over 20 beta-customers already benefiting from the platform and more companies set to onboard soon, Symbe aims to unlock billions in sales for businesses across Europe and the US. The funding received will support the expansion of the Symbe team, enhance the platform's capabilities, and drive growth in global markets, making it a key player in revolutionizing sales processes.
