Don't miss the next hrtech unicorn from the UK!
I must admit, I only realised how important HRtech is and would become when I started having my human resources issues. At the start, as a founder, I basically saw HR as boring admin. But it’s so much more than that.
Human resources and HRtech is basically the framework to make people feel safe and then grow in their work environment.
'HRtech' stands for Human Resources Technology, and it refers to the use of technology to streamline and improve various aspects of human resources management. HRtech encompasses a wide range of tools, software, and platforms designed to automate and optimise HR processes.
The goal is to enhance efficiency, improve decision-making, and create a more seamless and effective experience for both HR professionals and employees.
