Branchspace, a London and Krakov-based travel technology software provider, has recently secured £5M in funding. The funding round was led by Benjamin Faulkner and Tom Makey from Gresham House Ventures. The company was founded in 2013 by Michael Huynh, and it specializes in enabling clients to create and manage personalized, data-driven digital commerce experiences. These experiences aim to increase direct distribution and allow businesses to take ownership of the entire customer journey.
Branchspace offers a comprehensive set of solutions across the entire tech stack, including solutions architecture, digital performance reviews, and UX/UI experience design.
Additionally, the company provides a proprietary booking and conversion engine called Triplake, as well as dynamic retailing software platform. Since its launch in 2021, Triplake has gained significant traction among users.
The recently secured funding will be utilized by Branchspace to accelerate the growth of its suite of software components. The company aims to enhance the website and mobile app navigation, booking process, ancillary offerings, check-in process, self-service options, and payments. By improving these aspects, Branchspace aims to ensure a seamless and hassle-free experience for travelers from start to finish.
