On 31st October 2024, Kuberno, a pioneering global legal entity management software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider, announced the successful completion of an additional £6 million financing round, bringing the total raised in its Series A funding to £9.5 million. The latest investment comes from Nasdaq Ventures and Barclays, reflecting the increasing confidence investors have in Kuberno's innovative platform. Since the initial tranche of funding secured from Nasdaq Ventures in March 2023, Kuberno has experienced remarkable growth, achieving threefold annual revenue increases and quadrupling its workforce. This rapid expansion included the establishment of its US subsidiary, which launched in the first quarter of 2024 and has since successfully onboarded several publicly listed American clients with market capitalizations in the multi-billion dollar range.
The ongoing support from Series A investors has been instrumental in Kuberno's journey.
When Nasdaq made its initial investment, both companies formed a global referral partnership that aims to enhance client services through product integration into Nasdaq’s existing suite of governance solutions. Barclays, another key player in the investment round, is currently implementing Kuberno's software to better manage its legal entities. This new influx of capital is set to propel Kuberno's growth trajectory further, with a particular emphasis on expanding into the US market and incorporating advanced product features. These include cutting-edge AI-powered tools designed to convert entity data into actionable insights that cater to the needs of governance, tax, finance, and legal teams.
Kuberno's state-of-the-art legal entity management platform, known as Kube, serves as a single source of reliable entity data for global organizations. By leveraging intelligent workflows and automation, Kube enhances collaboration among teams across various jurisdictions, thereby streamlining governance and compliance processes. This effectively reduces the administrative burden on those involved in entity management, allowing them to focus on delivering value through their specialized knowledge and insights. Kuberno’s new data visualization tool, Kanvas, takes entity data analysis to the next level with its interactive charting functionality, breathing new life into complex entity relationships. Zoe Bucknell, Kuberno’s CEO and Co-Founder, expressed enthusiasm about the future: “We are delighted to use this funding to supercharge the Kube platform, providing organizations with the capability to manage, analyze, and visualize entity data, significantly enhancing operational efficiency.”
